The programme has helped me immensely with my own leadership skills. The action learning set method was challenging at times but hugely worthwhile as it forces you to see yourself and your organisation through others eyes.
The topic that had the biggest impact for me was leadership, throughout the whole programme in that the process increased my confidence and gave me a voice.
The utilising data session confirmed in my mind some of the changes we need to make and using flexible technologies allowed me to take a step forward.
As an organisation we made a huge amount of progress since I started the programme. I think having a framework to guide my thinking has helped me to focus on smaller chunks of work and make changes happen in a manageable way.
