Job description

•To take bookings, support and supervise lets and set up equipment

•Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the building

•Build and maintain effective and professional relationships with centre users, local community, partner organisations

•Support with maintaining updated records of equipment and resources

•To assist in the maintenance of accurate and up to date paper and electronic records on centre users and members in line with Take A Bow Development Trust’s date protection policy

•Support the development of an opportunities programme to suit local need

•Support the Take A Bow Opportunity Development Assistant to identify appropriate opportunities and strategies to deliver opportunities programme

•Comply with Take A Bow Development Trust’s policies, safeguarding and health and safety procedures to ensure own welfare and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the team

•Undertaking training to further develop skills and to maintain high quality standards of work

•Attend all necessary internal/eternal meetings as required

•Carry out any other duties as may reasonable be required by Take A Bow Development Trust

•Ability to develop new ideas and support the development of an opportunities programme

•Supporting the delivery of a range of activities

•Able to work effectively as part of a team

•Good planning and organisational skills

•Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

•Able to work independently

•Experience of using email, internet, word processing and spreadsheet packaged with good attention to detail
