To provide assistance with reception and general administration support for services within RAMH HQ. You will ensure the highest standards are set at the reception desk as this is the front-line of RAMH services.
General clerical / administrative support to staff as required within RAMH
Assisting with reception duties
Provision of general clerical / administration support to services including typing, photocopying and filing.
Dealing with allocation of resources (stationery)
Managing telephone enquiries; forwarding calls / recording messages to relevant staff / department
Ensuring complete confidentiality of all calls and enquiries.
Managing room bookings
Any other general office duties as determined by the Admin Co-ordinator
