Aims & objectives

The Company's objects are to relieve those in need, including both children and adults, by reason of their being affected by an Autistic Spectrum disorder, within North Lanarkshire (the operating area) through (among other things) providing assessments, advice and support and providing information on how to access services provided by other organisations which support the needs of such individuals. They aim to develop the confidence and self-esteem of children with autism, aid social inclusion, provide support and information and raise public awareness.

Job description

Support the training delivered by HOPE for Autism training team

Support and help staff set up and deliver in the groups that we deliver to children and young adults who have Additional Support Needs.

Help with fundraising activities for the charity

Support volunteers

General administration

Person specification

Someone that has an understanding and passion for supporting people with Autism

Willingness to work in groups and individually

Ability to communicate effectively with children and young adults

Well organised

Good timekeeper
