Introduction As there have been no substantive changes made to the clauses from draft to Bill, the concerns SCVO,These fall broadly into three categories: the need for Gift Aid to be considered alongside the devolution,SCVO does not support any mandatory activity or conditionality within the Bill, including the notion,We believe the current conditionality regime should be devolved, at which point SCVO would then call,Further details about SCVO can be found at www.scvo.scot.
