About the programme
New measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 were announced by the First Minister on 7th October. Adapt and Thrive can provide advice and support for your organisation even if your sector has been affected by the new restrictions. However, the funding cannot be used towards activities not permitted under the new guidelines. We encourage you to be flexible to adapt to the moving nature of the current environment and respond accordingly. Adapt and Thrive is part of the £25m Community and Third Sector Recovery Programme announced by the Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Local Government on 2nd September. Information on the Communities Recovery Fund strand. The programme forms part of the wider Scottish Government Third Sector response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Adapt and Thrive Programme aims to support organisations across the third sector to adapt to the challenges presented by COVID-19 and build back better to thrive in the future. The programme will help organisations to make the necessary changes to operate sustainably so they can continue to have a positive impact On people and communities.
Adapt and Thrive offers tailored, specialist advice, as well as grants and loans. It is delivered in partnership by Firstport, Corra Foundation, SCVO, Just Enterprise, Community Enterprise and Social Investment Scotland.
The programme is now open for applications and run until March 2021.
