Objectives To further the interests of deaf-blind persons by every means and in every way open to the Lease. Deafblind to include those substantially deprived of sight and hearing. Activities Doers Group - organised activities for members in Glasgow area. Runs a guide communicator service for deafblind people all over Scotland.

on a week when a Saturday is worked, a day off will be given during the week. All working arrangements are flexible and subject to alteration in order to suit the needs and requirements of the charity shop.

£9.00 per hour

Job description

To support the Charity Shop Manager to:-

Deliver sales and customer service to a high standard.

Replenish stock

Cash handing including operation of till and reconciliation of takings at the end of each day.

Receive and acknowledge goods donated including Gift Aid information

Present stock to provide a welcoming and attractive environment for our customers.

To market and co-ordinate events within the charity shop including raffles, tombola and seasonal events

Person specification

Good interpersonal and communication skills; effective time management skills; attention to detail, honest and reliable.

Required - Cannot start until successful Disclosure/PVG scheme membership is received
