Aims & objectivesFeeling Strong is a service delivery and campaigning organisation with the mission to improve the lives of young people living with mental health issues in Dundee by fostering the skills, confidence and aspirations they need to flourish. We work closely with the community to provide opportunities for our service users in the following areas; lobbying, skills development and awareness. We are at an early stage of development, but have received start-up funding and are currently delivering one project on behalf of young people with mental health issues in Dundee. We have two more projects ready to start pending funding. We were founded in 2018 by our Project Director Conor Marshall, and since have been joined by a dedicated team of Trustees and Volunteers. Our objects are; 1) The advancement of health. 2) The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration). 3) The promotion of equality and diversity. 4) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.

Main purpose of role:
To provide administrative, operational and film production support to the Wellbeing Matters project and assisting the Producer in delivery, recruiting participants, volunteer induction, filming, editing and evaluation.
- Act as a point of contact for young people engaged with the project
- Organise social media and press coverage of the Wellbeing Matters project.
- Book any venues or spaces required for the project.
- Source equipment and resources required of the project.
- Administrate and carry out general office duties related to the project.
- Liaise with partners of the project.
- Act as production assistant during shoots.
- Undergo any training as required by the role/requested by their line manager.
- Carry out any other tasks related to the project as required.
- To implement operational and administrative support for the project.
- To support the volunteers and staff of the project.
- To lead on editing and filming activity in the absence of the Producer.
Administration processes, managing equipment, filming & editing, and staff/volunteer support related to the project.
