Job description

To prepare and present a range of food, to ensure that all standards of presentation and presentation are met. To adhere fully to the legislation relating to food hygiene.

To take customer orders, serve food with the highest level of customer service.

To support work colleagues in a busy café environment.

Person specification

Aptitude for preparing high quality food.

Aptitude for preparing food hygienically and to quality standards.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Ability to plan and work on own initiative.

Ability to maintain working area to high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Rosie's café is part of Rosie's Enterprises, we provide vocational training, support and work experience for people in recovery from mental health issues or acquired brain injury.
